What is SAFE

001

Not a youth centre. Not a charity. Not a programme.

A permanent foundation — one building, seven rooms, designed from lived experience of what was missing. Physical discipline. Creative expression. Mental strategy. Emotional support. All in one place. Because fragmented systems produce fragmented outcomes.

Why it exists

"We are not here to manage their decline. We are here to build their launchpad."
01

Not fragmented. Young people might get education, or therapy, or sport — but rarely all in a connected way. SAFE addresses multiple root causes simultaneously.

02

Not reactive. Government youth services cut by 70% since 2010. 130,000 young people homeless annually in the UK. SAFE is preventative — and prevention costs less than crisis.

03

Not asking for money. Funded by the people. Every purchase, every signature, every share builds the mandate. The machine does not own this.

04

Not stopping at one. One hub in every country on earth. The model is documented, replicable and designed to scale through partnership — not dependency.

Questions

005

Current systems are fragmented. Young people might get education, or therapy, or sport — but rarely all in a connected way. The result is disengagement, repeated intervention and cycles of harm. SAFE solves that by creating a single environment where multiple needs are addressed together.

The global vision — one hub in every country — is a 20 to 30 year direction not a two year plan. The UK hub is not a pipe dream. It is an ambitious but achievable goal with a clear pathway. One country. One building. One community. That is the proof of concept. Everything else builds from there.

Because a tee worn is a conversation started. A conversation started is a door opened. We are not hiding anything. This is not a brand play. Every item sold funds the building directly. The people fund it. The people benefit from it. Nothing goes to a machine.

SAFE is built in phases. A pilot programme in a leased space could launch for £50,000–£100,000. A full hub build would require £2–5 million. We prove the model first then scale with data and evidence. The petition builds the public mandate. The store builds the fund. The partnerships build the rest.

This came from lived experience not theory. Eviction. Displacement. Systems not designed for people like me. I am not presenting a vision. I am presenting a life that already proved the need.
